Connect your AI to Verve

Give one link, https://api.verve.family/mcp, to any AI app that supports MCP. After you sign in and approve, the app can read your account and act on it within the access you choose, chain by chain. You can lower that access or revoke it at any time.

What connecting does

A connected AI app is a second way into your Verve account, next to the website. It can look at your balances, positions and history, read markets and set alerts, and, where you allow it, trade and send funds.

  • Paste the link into your AI app and sign in to Verve when it asks.
  • You see a permission screen on verve.family. Nothing is connected until you approve it.
  • By default the app gets full access: it can read your balances, trade and send funds on every chain without asking you each time. You can lower access per chain (ask first, or read only) before you approve or any time later.
  • Revoke a connection in Settings and it stops working immediately. Changing your password also ends every connection.
  • Your keys stay yours. The AI never sees a private key, and Verve never exposes one through a connection.

Access you choose, per chain

Full access (recommended by default): read your balances, trade and send funds on every chain without asking you again. Anyone who controls this app can move your money. You can lower this below or revoke it any time in Settings.

The three access levels a connected app can have on each chain.
LevelWhat the app can do on that chain
Full access (default)Read your account, trade, and send funds if sending is allowed, without asking you again.
Ask me firstRead your account. The app cannot trade or send on its own.
Read onlyRead balances, history and markets. It cannot trade or send.

Connect step by step

  1. Copy your link
    The link is https://api.verve.family/mcp. It is the same for every app. It also sits at the top of Settings, Connect your AI.
  2. Add it to your AI app
    Paste it where the app asks for an MCP server or a remote connector. The sections below have the exact steps for each app.
  3. Sign in to Verve
    The app opens a Verve page in your browser. Sign in if you are not already.
  4. Choose what the app may do
    The permission screen shows full access by default, with a table to lower it to ask-first or read-only on any chain. Nothing is connected until you approve.
  5. Approve
    Approve and the app is connected. Change or remove it later in Settings, Connect your AI.

Connect LM Studio and other apps that only run local commands

Apps that cannot open a web link themselves use a small bridge. Steps may differ in your version of the app; the link is the same.

  • Add the entry below to the app's MCP settings file (LM Studio: mcp.json).
  • The bridge opens your browser once so you can sign in to Verve and approve.

        "https://api.verve.family/mcp"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Connect Any other AI app

If it supports MCP, the link works.

  • Find where the app asks for an MCP server or a remote connector.
  • Paste the link above. Choose HTTP or Streamable HTTP if it asks for a type, and OAuth if it asks how to sign in.
  • Approve on the Verve page that opens.

What an AI app can do

  • Read: wallets, balances, portfolio, positions, trade history and rewards.
  • Markets: search tokens, token details, holders, charts, trades, trending, Pulse feeds and native coin prices.
  • Account: create and delete alerts, manage your watchlist, mark notifications read, post a thesis.
  • Trade: quote and swap, cross-chain cash buys and bridges, migration snipes. Only on chains where your access is full.
  • Send: transfers, withdrawals and claims. Only on chains where your access is full and sending is allowed.
  • Trading features follow the same release gates as the website. A tool that is not live for your account answers that clearly instead of acting.

What an AI app can never do

Whatever access you give, these stay with you on verve.family:

  • Export or import private keys or recovery phrases
  • Change your password, e-mail or security settings
  • Delete your account or accept legal terms for you
  • Connect Telegram, Discord or X, or manage developer API keys
  • Raise its own access: only you can, on verve.family

Fees

A trade made through a connected app is a normal spot swap: the same fee as a trade you place yourself (0.9%, or 0.81% with a sign-up referral) and the same cashback rules. Verve adds no extra charge for using an AI app.

Staying in control

Only connect apps you trust: anything with full access can move your funds. Revoke a connection in Settings and it stops immediately. Changing your password ends every connection. Verve shows the recent activity of each connection and sends you a notice when a connected app trades or sends.

Token names, descriptions and posts that an AI app reads are written by third parties. A good AI app treats them as text to read, not instructions to follow.

Availability

Verve is in private beta. Order execution unlocks chain by chain as each release gate passes, so some features described here may not be live for your account yet. Connections open as each release gate passes.

Which AI apps can I connect?

Any app that supports MCP remote servers. Setup steps are listed above for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Zed, Cline and Goose, and a bridge covers apps such as LM Studio that only run local commands.

Does the AI see my private keys?

No. Wallets stay non-custodial and a connection can never export or import a key.

Why is full access the default?

Because that is what most people connecting an AI want. The permission screen says plainly what it means, and you can choose ask-first or read-only for any chain before you approve, or change it later.

How do I disconnect an app?

Open Settings, then Connect your AI, and choose Revoke next to the app. It stops working immediately.
