Non-custodial wallets: you own your keys

Verve creates wallets for you on each supported chain, and the keys are yours.

You hold the keys

Verve creates a wallet for you on each supported chain. Keys are generated and held in secure infrastructure provided by Turnkey, in a space where you are the sole root user. You can export them at any time to use with any compatible wallet.

Verve's limited permission

To trade for you, Verve holds a revocable signing permission. It is limited to running the trades, sends and withdrawals you request, and Copilot or connected-AI actions only if you grant them. It cannot export or read your keys. If you revoke the permission in Account & Security, trading through Verve stops until you grant it again; your keys and funds are untouched.

You decide what automation can do

Trading access, Copilot authority, orders, copy subscriptions and automatic transfers are permissions you grant and can revoke. Copilot starts at approval, never full.

Cash is not a deposit

The cash figure in the app is the sum of your own stablecoins in your own wallets. It is not a deposit with Verve, not a bank account and not insured. Stablecoins can lose their peg.
