Frequently asked questions

Short, accurate answers about how Verve works.

About Verve

What is Verve?

Verve is a multichain trading terminal for new tokens. It supports Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain, Monad, TON, Arc, HyperEVM from one account and one interface.

Which chains does Verve support?

Nine chains: Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain, Monad, TON, Arc, HyperEVM.

Is Verve available now?

Verve is in private beta. Order execution unlocks chain by chain as each release gate passes, so some features described here may not be live for your account yet.

How do I get in?

Depending on how registration is set at the time, you can create an account with a beta code, with a friend's invite link, or with Google or X. See Sign up for the steps.

Is trading on Verve risky?

Yes. Trading digital assets, and new tokens in particular, involves substantial risk, including total loss. Nothing in these docs is financial advice.

Wallets and security

Does Verve hold my keys?

No. Wallets are non-custodial: you hold the keys and can export them at any time. Keys live in secure infrastructure provided by Turnkey, and Verve cannot export them for you.

Can I take my keys and leave?

Yes. Export the private key of any wallet from Wallets after a Security Check, and use it in any compatible wallet app. See Export your keys.

What if I lose access to my account?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to get a one-time link by email. That sets a new password; it does not give anyone access to your wallets, which follow your email code or passkey. Verve never shows or asks for a seed phrase.

Will Verve ever ask for my private key?

Never. Anyone who does is not Verve. Do not send a key or recovery phrase to anyone, including someone who says they are support.

Fees and rewards

What does Verve charge?

A spot swap costs 0.9%, or 0.81% with a sign-up referral. Copy trading costs 1.8%, or 1.62% with a sign-up referral. Sends, converts and bridges have their own lower fees, listed on the Fees page. Fees are charged per wallet.

Who sets the referral discount, and can I add a referrer later?

The discount is 10% on spot and copy-trade fees. A referrer can only be attached while the account is being created; nobody can add or change one afterwards.

How does cashback work?

Eligible spot swaps and copy trades earn cashback for the trader, paid out of the fee itself. The rate depends on your level. See Rewards.

Are network fees included?

No. Network gas is paid to the blockchain, not to Verve.

Trading and tools

What is Pulse?

Pulse is a live feed of new tokens in three columns: New Pairs, Final Stretch and Migrated. It exists on every supported chain.

What is cross-chain cash?

Cash is the sum of your own stablecoins across your own wallets, spendable on any supported chain. It is not a deposit with Verve. A cross-chain cash buy is one 0.9% spot fee, taken in the asset you spend, and any route costs are separate. It is not live yet; Verve says so in the app until it is.

Is there a limit on slippage or on how much I can trade?

Verve sets no cap on the slippage you choose, and no withdrawal, value or usage limits on your funds.

Can I buy crypto with a card?

Not yet. Credit and debit card purchases show as "Coming soon" in Deposit. You can deposit by sending crypto to your Verve wallet address on the chain you want.

Copilot and connected AI

Can the AI copilot trade without asking me?

Only if you allow it. Copilot access is set per chain: read-only, approval (the default, where trades wait for you) or full. Full access trades within limits you set and can be revoked at any time.

Can I connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app to my account?

Yes. Verve gives you one link, https://api.verve.family/mcp, that works in any AI app that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Gemini CLI. You sign in to Verve, see exactly what the app is asking for and approve it. By default the app gets full access, which you can lower per chain or revoke at any time.
